Doorstep Delivery
Standard delivery includes curbside or front-door delivery, or lobby/ground-level delivery for apartment buildings. White-glove service, inside-home placement, and furniture assembly are not included.
Easy Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your delivery from shipment to arrival.
30-Day Returns
Unused items in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the original packaging, receipt, and product labels.
Return Shipping
For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, HOOMIC will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
14-Business-Day Damage Support
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us within 14 business days at support@hoomichome.com with photos or videos, and we'll make it right.
